Ammann India Private Limited has launched the Apollo AP1000 Hydrostatic Sensor Tracked Paver, which now meets the strict CEV Stage V emission standards.

This upgraded road construction equipment reinforces their dedication to delivering eco-friendly, high-performance solutions for India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure ecosystem.

The latest addition to the Apollo series—a brand that holds over 70% market share in the wheeled paver category—is designed to meet the growing scale and environmental demands of India’s rapid infrastructure development. The move aligns Ammann’s engineering excellence with the nation’s goals for connectivity and modernization.

Productivity and compliance benchmarks:

The upgraded AP1000 is engineered for high performance with a low environmental footprint. The paver is powered by a 133 kW CEV Stage V-certified engine, delivering productivity while minimizing environmental impact through reduced emissions.

With a laydown capacity of up to 700 tons per hour and a maximum paving width of 9.5 meters, the machine is built to handle large-scale, transformative projects efficiently and responsibly. The paver’s advanced material flow system and heavy-duty STV5800G screed ensure consistent quality and optimal pre-compaction.

Features:

Beyond its performance and compliance, the AP1000 focuses on the operator experience.

New features include:

• Enhanced, operator-friendly touchscreen display that provides intuitive control and smooth operation.
• Ergonomic design, visibility, and maneuverability for comfort and safety on demanding work sites.

Commitment to sustainability:

Ammann India’s leadership emphasized the strategic importance of this launch, highlighting the blend of proven legacy and new sustainability technology.

“With the all-new Apollo AP1000, we reaffirm our commitment to India’s road construction industry by combining Apollo’s trusted legacy with cutting-edge technology and stringent emission compliance,” said Dheeraj Panda, Managing Director, Ammann India Private Limited. “This new CEV Stage V variant exemplifies Ammann’s dedication to delivering performance, reliability, and sustainability that meet the evolving demands of modern infrastructure projects.”

The AP1000 Tracked Paver (CEV V) is now available nationwide through Ammann India’s sales and aftermarket service network, ensuring uptime and long-term value for customers.
