In a strategic alliance set to reshape the water treatment landscape in India and Sri Lanka, Buckman Laboratories (Asia), a subsidiary of the U.S.-based global leader, and Atul Ltd, a prominent Indian chemical company, have announced a new joint venture.
The partnership, operating under the name ‘Atul-Buckman,’ will focus on manufacturing, marketing, and delivering a comprehensive range of advanced water treatment chemicals and digital solutions.
Headquartered in India, Atul-Buckman will develop and deliver sustainable, innovative, and performance-driven solutions for a variety of key industries.
These sectors include chemical, food processing, power, pulp and paper, textiles, as well as municipal and commercial utilities. The venture’s primary goal is to address the critical need for responsible water management and process optimization in these high-growth markets.
